Messaging status and terms

Automated quote texting is not active. Completing the current website form does not enroll you in automated texts. It prepares an email draft that you must review and send.

Current ways to contact the agency

Before automated texting is enabled

The agency will need a connected and approved messaging service, reviewed terms and privacy notices, and a working opt-in and opt-out process. Permission to receive automated quote texts must be explicit and optional; it is not a condition of purchasing insurance. The website must identify the sender, describe the messages, explain possible message and data charges, and provide STOP and HELP instructions before collecting that permission.

The separate text-workflow preview is a simulation. It does not submit a quote, save a request, or send a text.

Insurance communications

A quote inquiry, email, or text does not bind, change, or cancel coverage. Please keep sensitive personal and policy information out of the initial request. Contact your agent or insurer to confirm coverage or policy changes.
