This notice explains the current website’s quote-inquiry features. It does not replace any financial or insurance privacy notice provided by your agency or insurer in connection with an application or policy.

What happens when you use the quote form

The current form uses your name, email, chosen coverage type, and any optional phone number or note to prepare an email draft on your device. It opens your email app. You must review and send that email for Luedtke Insurance to receive it.

The live quote form does not currently submit your entries to an on-site quote database or automatically send confirmation emails or text messages. Its software has a prepared direct-submission integration, but that service is not connected. This notice will need to be updated before a different collection or messaging service is enabled.

Keep the initial request simple

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, payment details, policy numbers, health details, or other sensitive information in the initial form or an ordinary email. Your agent can explain how to provide information needed for a quote.

After you send an email

Your email provider processes your message, and the agency receives it through its email service. The agency can use the contact information you provide to discuss your request. Contact the agency about its email records, retention practices, corrections, deletion requests, or the privacy notices applicable to your insurance relationship. Some records may need to be kept to meet business or legal obligations.

Website hosting and external resources

The hosting provider processes technical requests needed to deliver this site, which may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and security-related data. The website code does not include advertising trackers or a configured analytics service.

The site’s fonts are served from this website. Todd’s portrait currently loads from the agency’s existing Wix image host; loading it makes a request to that provider. Company logos may load from carrier or public media websites, including Allstate, Liberty Mutual’s agent tools, PR Newswire, Showit’s image host, and Chasteen-Hoesley’s public image host. Loading these images sends a technical request, including your IP address, to that host. Logo requests are configured not to send the referring page URL; they do not include your quote-form entries. If you follow an external link, such as a company website or Facebook, the destination’s own privacy practices apply.

Accessibility preferences

The Reduce animation control may store your choice in your browser’s local storage so it can be remembered on a later visit. It does not store quote details or send that preference to the agency. Your device’s reduced-motion setting is also respected.

Automated texts

Automated quote texts are not active. The current quote form does not request SMS permission or enroll you in automated texts. See the messaging status and terms.
